All Sproot Baby products are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. We choose GOTS cotton because it’s soft on sensitive skin, responsibly produced, and designed to last through everyday wear and washing.

We recommend choosing your child’s size based on their current age and height. Please refer to our sizing guide here.

Our products have been tested at 40 degrees and tumble-dried in medium heat and come out soft and comfortable for your little one. Of course, as a sustainable brand, we would encourage you to wash at 30°C and air-dry where possible. It helps the planet and the longevity of your Sproot items.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Delivery FAQs

We ship across the UK and internationally, so wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get Sproot Baby to your doorstep. Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 Returns & Exchange FAQs

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sprootbaby.com. We’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Of course. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, drop us an email at hello@sprootbaby.com and we will help track the delivery through your order number. 

If you’d like to return an item, please email hello@sprootbaby.com with your order number. At the moment, we handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order. Get in touch with us and we’ll help make the process as smooth as possible.

Once we’ve received and processed your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method. For further information, please check our refund policy here.

Preloved Box FAQs

Every preloved item goes through a manual quality check. We only include clothes that meet our standards for comfort, durability, and everyday wear which are at minimum 70% cotton. As with any preloved item, we recommend washing before first use.

Each Preloved Box includes 10 thoughtfully curated baby clothing items, chosen for daily wear, practical, soft, and versatile pieces you’ll actually use. You can have a look through our collection here!

Send-back & Credit FAQs

We review and sort every item that comes in, and depending on its quality or type, we send the items on to be repurposed, resold, recycled, or redesign them into something new — making your buying journey fully circular and ensuring your clothes never end up in landfills.

Nope! We accept all baby clothes from any brand, in any condition — stained, bobbled, or damaged. Every piece has value in the loop.

Every Sproot order comes in a free resealable bag that can be sent back to us. If you have not ordered a Sproot product, you can order your free send-back bag here.

Once you have your label here, you can drop off your send-back bag at your nearest Evri location.

We’re happy to receive any amount of clothes you’d like to send back — every little bit helps reduce waste. If you need more bags, feel free to order here.
