Refund policy
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact hello@sprootbaby.com before sending anything back.
We accept returns and exchanges on most items provided they are:

New and unused
-
In the condition you received them

In the original packaging where possible
NB due to the preloved boxes being made from second-hand items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns unless an item arrives faulty or significantly not as described.
Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery.
Sale items must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and inspected.
Please note: items returned without prior approval via email will not be accepted.
