Refund policy
Please contact hello@sprootbaby.com for any returns & exchanges queries.
You may return or exchange most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to return your order you must do so within 28 days (7 days for sale items).
When your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send back your package.
Once your return is received you will receive your refund via your original payment.
Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return at hello@sprootbaby.com will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the condition you received them in.
